This Privacy Policy aims to determine the terms and conditions with respect to the use of the information and data of the Users of the website www.modiverse.com. Privacy Policy is an annex to and an integral part of the Terms of Use and capitalized expressions herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Use.

ARDIC may only disclose the data (such as the contact information acquired from persons who obtained Modiverse packages from ARDIC), submitted electronically via the Website or obtained by ARDIC during the use of the Website, to its employees, subcontractors and affiliates who are required to know the information for the purposes and scope stated in Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, and shall not disclose the data to third parties other than to those stated herein.

Such data may be used, other than the conditions stated in the Terms of Use, for the purposes of contacting with the User concerning the products and services provided to the User, or enhancing the User’s experience with respect to the use of the Website (upgrading available services, creating new services and providing customized services, etc.) as well as for the purposes of carrying out statistical evaluations, building databases and market research, without disclosing the user’s identity.

ARDIC may also disclose the information concerning the User to third parties in the event that:

  • Such disclosure is obligatory so as to fulfill any obligations under the Terms of Use or other agreements executed by the parties, if any.

  • A competent administrative or judicial authority requires information regarding the Users for the execution of a research or investigation in accordance with the applicable legislation.

  • Providing information is necessary for the protection of the User’s rights or security.

ARDIC shall identify the IP addresses of Users and shall use these IP addresses where necessary, in order to define Website based problems and immediately resolve such problems that may arise in the Website. IP addresses may also be used for describing the Users generally, and for collecting comprehensive demographic information.

ARDIC shall be entitled to transfer the data, for abovementioned purposes, to the servers (such servers may belong to ARDIC, its affiliations or subcontractors) anywhere in the world, rather than the User’s country of residence.

Providing links from the Website to other websites or applications is possible and ARDIC shall not be responsible for the confidentiality practices and contents of such websites and applications.

Installed Application information from your controlled device will be uploaded to our servers while using Modiverse to properly manage applications on customers’ devices. Please note that your application information data will be never be sold or shared with third parties.

Modiverse uses the Accessibility service and its core functionality in order to help MDM customers that use Remote Control Service of our platform. We do not collect or share any personel or sensetive data. All entered input is directly posted to Android, no input is saved or shared. You may allow to the screen recordings on your device to be processed through our server used to control to your device via Modiverse Platfrom. Screen recordings are not stored on our servers, only broadcast to Modiverse Platform in a browser. Contact your MDM administrator to enable Remote Control Service.

Device Location Information

When you use Modiverse Android Application, upon your consent, application can collect location data in the background and send this data to Modiverse servers. Location information is never shared to third parties. This data is only used in services provided to you via Modiverse web application.  One example to these services is Geofencing that enables you to put your phone in a specific mode when it enters a specific location.

ARDIC may revise the provisions of this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. Revised provisions of the Privacy Policy shall become effective immediately upon their publication on the Website.
